Licencee definition

Licencee means any Person licensed under this By-law;
Licencee means any Person who enters into any lease, sublease or licence or other occupancy agreement with the Tenant related to the Residential Units in any building on the Demised Premises;
Licencee means a person who has obtained a licence in terms of Chapter 6;

Examples of Licencee in a sentence

  • There will also be a €10 charge for cleaning each pillow used by a Licencee.

  • Fines in the sum of €50.00 per person, per night apply for unauthorised guests, payable by the Licencee IMMEDIATELY.

More Definitions of Licencee

Licencee means a Third Party other than a Distributor to whom PTC grants a license to Exploit Programme Intellectual Property in the Field in a bona fide, arms-length transaction.
