Lead Owning Party definition

Lead Owning Party means the Party specified in the JOMA as the Party who has agreed to take the lead in relation to Commercialisation of the Foreground IP;

  • Such JOMA shall specify one of the Owning Parties as the Lead Owning Party for the purpose of Commercialisation of the jointly owned Foreground IP.
