  • A Party shall be responsible for responding to any media inquiry that is primarily related to a Licensed Product that is marketed, sold or offered for sale by or on behalf of such Party or any member of its Group; provided, that to the extent the Selling Party of any such Licensed Product is not the ER Owner of the corresponding Licensed Mark, then the Selling Party shall consult in good faith with the ER Owner of the applicable Licensed Mark with respect to any such media inquiry.
