Controlling Party definition

Controlling Party. Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Controlling Party means the Person entitled to act as such pursuant to the terms of Section 2.6.

Controlling Party means the Trust Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Noteholders.

More Definitions of Controlling Party

Controlling Party means the party controlling the defense of any Third Party Action.
