Key Sub-Contractor definition

Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;
Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor which is listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors), that in the opinion of the Authority, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Goods and/or Services;
Key Sub-Contractor any Sub-contractor: (a) which, in the opinion of the Authority, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or (b) with a Sub-contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Charges forecast to be payable under this Agreement (as set out in the Financial Model);

Examples of Key Sub-Contractor in a sentence

  • Where the Supplier wishes to enter into a new Key Sub-Contract or replace a Key Sub-Contractor, it must obtain the prior written consent of the Authority and the Customer (the decision to consent or otherwise not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • The Authority and/or the Customer may reasonably withhold its consent to the appointment of a Key Sub-Contractor if any of them considers that: the appointment of a proposed Key Sub-Contractor may prejudice the provision of the Goods and/or Services or may be contrary to its interests; the proposed Key Sub-Contractor is unreliable and/or has not provided reliable goods and/or reasonable services to its other customers; and/or the proposed Key Sub-Contractor employs unfit persons.

  • The Authority and/or the Customer may reasonably withhold its consent to the appointment of a Key Sub-Contractor if any of them considers that: the appointment of a proposed Key Sub-Contractor may prejudice the provision of the Services or may be contrary to its interests; the proposed Key Sub-Contractor is unreliable and/or has not provided reasonable services to its other customers; and/or the proposed Key Sub-Contractor employs unfit persons.

More Definitions of Key Sub-Contractor

Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor which is listed in Panel Agreement Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors), that in the opinion of the Authority, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Panel Services;
Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-contractor:
Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: a) nominated as part of the Selection Questionnaire (SQ); b) which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Goods and/or Services; and/or c) with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Contract;
Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor:
Key Sub-Contractor means any sub-contractor that is necessary in order to enable the Contractor to deliver the Service
Key Sub-Contractor means any sub-contractor of the Bidder whom is it intended will perform a material part of the Services. For the purposes of this definition “material” shall mean that that element of the Services equates to 20% or more or the total charges to be paid for the Services by the Trust;
Key Sub-Contractor means any individual or other entity which, as a subcontractor or agent of the Supplier, performs any work in connection with the Works.
