sub-contract definition

sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
sub-contract means any contract or agreement or proposed agreement between the Supplier and any third party whereby that third party agrees to provide to the Supplier the Services or any part thereof or facilities or services necessary for the provision of the Services or any part thereof;
