Call Off Contract Charges definition

Call Off Contract Charges means the prices (inclusive of any Milestone Payments and exclusive of any applicable VAT), payable to the Supplier by the Customer under this Call Off Contract, as set out in Annex 1 of Call Off Schedule 3 (Call Off Contract Charges, Payment and Invoicing), for the full and proper performance by the Supplier of its obligations under this Call Off Contract less any Deductions;

Call Off Contract Charges means the prices (inclusive of any Milestone Payments and exclusive of any applicable VAT), payable to the Supplier by the Customer under this Call Off Contract, as set out in Annex 1 of Call Off Schedule 3 (Call Off Contract Charges, Payment and Invoicing), for the full and proper performance by the Supplier of its obligations under this Call Off Contract less any Deductions.   • Any change to the Call Off Contract Charges shall then be subject to the Variation Procedure.
