Key Senior Management definition

Key Senior Management means the following:-
Key Senior Management means any person who is a member of the board of directors of a Foreign Bank, excluding an advisory director, or any person who participates or has the author- ity to participate (other than in the capacity of a member of the board of directors) in major policy making functions of a Foreign Bank.
Key Senior Management means individuals holding executive positions with significant decision-making authority in the Group and/or holding substantial influence over the Group's operations and strategic direction as may be determined by the Board from time to time.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
