Joint Project Committee definition

Joint Project Committee means the committee described in Article 7 hereof.
Joint Project Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Joint Project Committee or "JPC" means the committee established pursuant to Section 2.2 herein.

More Definitions of Joint Project Committee

Joint Project Committee means the committee described in Article 8 hereof.

The JPC shall have only the powers expressly assigned to it in this Section 4.2 and elsewhere in this Agreement, and shall have no power to amend, modify, or waive compliance with this Agreement. For clarity, the JPC shall not have the power to make any tactical or day-to-day operational decisions with respect to either Party’s activities under this Agreement, and each Party shall have the right to make such decisions with respect to its own activities, reasonably and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Joint Project Committee
