Jobs Coordinator definition

Jobs Coordinator means the Prime Contractor’s designated person, agent or agency that will facilitate the local hire referral process with the C/S/E, Unions and other referral organizations.

Jobs Coordinator means an independent third-party individual, entity or employee with whom the Prime Contractor or LACMTA enters into a contract or employs to facilitate implementation of the Targeted Hiring Requirements of this Agreement and the Policy. • Jobs Coordinator – An individual or firm that facilitates implementation of the Targeted Worker hiring requirements of the County of Los Angeles for the Contractors/Subcontractors.

• If the Jobs Coordinator is selected from the approved list provided on Form 00 09 12-5, that Jobs Coordinator shall be deemed to meet the minimum qualifications.
