Jobs Coordinator definition

Jobs Coordinator means the Prime Contractor designee responsible for the facilitation and implementation of the Targeted Hiring Requirements of this Agreement. The Jobs Coordinator must be able to demonstrate or document to the AUTHORITY the requisite qualifications and/or experience to fulfill the duties and responsibilities.
Jobs Coordinator means an independent third-party individual ,entity or employee with whom the Prime Contractor or LACMTA enters into a contract or employs to facilitate implementation of the Targeted Hiring Requirements of this Agreement and the Policy.
