Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.
Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).
Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.
Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.
Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.
Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;
Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Initial Redemption Date means, with respect to any Note or portion thereof to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.1(b), the date on or after which such Note or portion thereof may be redeemed as determined by or pursuant to the Indenture or a Note Certificate of Supplemental Indenture.
Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.
Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.
Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.
Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.
Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.
Issuer Call Date means the day specified as such in the notice delivered by the Issuer in accordance with Product Condition 3, and if such day is not a Trading Day, means the first succeeding Trading Day unless, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, a Market Disruption Event has occurred on that day in which case, the Issuer Call Date shall be the first succeeding Trading Day on which the Calculation Agent determines that there is no Market Disruption Event, unless the Calculation Agent determines that there is a Market Disruption Event occurring on each of the five Trading Days immediately following the original date which (but for the Market Disruption Event) would have been the Issuer Call Date. In that case (i) the fifth Trading Day shall be deemed to be the Issuer Call Date (regardless of the Market Disruption Event); and (ii) the Calculation Agent shall determine the Final Reference Price having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent deems relevant;
Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.
Specified Redemption Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that if the Company combines its outstanding REIT Shares, no Specified Redemption Date shall occur after the record date of such combination of REIT Shares and prior to the effective date of such combination.
Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:
Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.
Change of Control Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2;
Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);
Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.
Debenture Redemption Date means, with respect to any Debentures to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption under the Indenture.
