Optional Redemption Period definition

Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
Optional Redemption Period means the period which commences on the date that is one year after the Closing Date and ends on the Maturity Date.
Optional Redemption Period means the period commencing on the date falling six calendar months prior to a Reset Date and ending on such Reset Date (both dates inclusive).

  • For avoidance of doubt, the foregoing provision shall in no event reduce the duration of the Optional Redemption Period.

  • In the event licenses are combined employees entitled to two license premiums will continue to be paid for such licenses.

Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(e).
