Once the notice of redemption described in Section 3.03 is mailed (or delivered) and any conditions precedent to such redemption have been satisfied, the Notes called for redemption become irrevocably due and payable on the Optional Redemption Date and at the Redemption Price, including any premium, plus interest accrued to the Optional Redemption Date.
Subject to receipt of funds by the Paying Agent, payment for the Notes to be redeemed shall be made on the Optional Redemption Date for such Notes.

The Company shall give (or shall request the Trustee to give) notice of any redemption to Holders, which shall be mailed or electronically delivered (or otherwise transmitted in accordance with the Depositary’s applicable procedures) at least 10 days but not more than 60 days before the Optional Redemption Date to each Holder of Notes to be redeemed.
