Specified Redemption Date definition

Specified Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that, if the Shares are not Publicly Traded, the Specified Redemption Date means the thirtieth Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption.
Specified Redemption Date means the first business day of the month following the month of the day that is 45 days after the receipt by the General Partner of the Notice of Redemption.

More Definitions of Specified Redemption Date

Specified Redemption Date means the first business day of the month that is at least sixty (60) business days after the receipt by the General Partner of the Notice of Redemption.
