Examples of Initial Redemption Date in a sentence
The Initial Redemption Percentage, if any, applicable to this Note shall decline at each anniversary of the Initial Redemption Date by an amount equal to the applicable Annual Redemption Percentage Reduction, if any, until the Redemption Price is equal to 100% of the unpaid amount thereof to be redeemed.
If so specified on the face hereof, the Company may at its option redeem this Note in whole or from time to time in part on or after the date designated as the Initial Redemption Date on the face hereof at either a price based on a constant percentage of the Principal Amount of this Note as specified on the face hereof or at prices declining from the premium specified on the face hereof, if any, to 100% of the Principal Amount hereof, together, in each case, with accrued interest to the Redemption Date.
This Note may be redeemed at the option of the Corporation on any date on and after the Initial Redemption Date, if any, specified on the face hereof (the "Redemption Date").
On and after the Initial Redemption Date, if any, this Note may be redeemed at any time in whole or from time to time in part in increments of $1,000 at the option of the Corporation at the applicable Redemption Price (as defined below) together with interest thereon payable to the Redemption Date, on notice given not more than 60 nor less than 30 days prior to the Redemption Date.
