Day programs are means programs provided to persons individuals with intellectual disability, related disabilities, head injuries, or spinal cord injuries outside of their residences affording development, training, employment, or recreational opportunities as prescribed by the Department Division of Disabilities and Special Needs.

Examples of Day programs in a sentence

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Family day system means any person who approves family day homes as members of its system;

  • Day Patient means an Insured Person receiving Medical Services or treatments given in a medical clinic, day case procedure centre or Hospital where the Insured Person is not in Confinement.
