Initial Implementation definition

Initial Implementation means the date on which this Settlement Agreement is first implemented after a Commission decision approving this Settlement Agreement.
Initial Implementation. March 2019-December 2019 ACOs modify QI plans for year 1 based on feedback received from EOHHS. ACOs may focus on developing stakeholder engagement, process mapping and implementation of small test of change to inform initial Implementation. Initial Implementation means any services listed in the Proposal under the heading Training and Implementation in the Initial Investment.

Related to Initial Implementation

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
