Cycle 2 Sample Clauses

Cycle 2. In year one, staff members and a building administrator will jointly establish one or two goals which are an outgrowth of the performance criteria evaluation for the purpose of encouraging professional classroom growth. Cycle 2 may be used to follow up on areas identified in Cycle I as basic. In year two, staff members and a building administrator will jointly establish one or two goals for the year which may address a building need or concern, a district goal or the optional collegial observation program.
