Initial Arrangers means Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Senior Funding, Inc.

Initial Arrangers collectively, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., in its capacity as a lead arranger, Banc of America Securities LLC, in its capacity as a lead arranger, and Bear, Xxxxxxx & Co. Inc., in its capacity as an arranger.

• The Borrower also agrees to pay to the Agent, the Initial Arrangers and the Lenders the other applicable fees respectively required to be paid to them in the amounts and the times set forth in the Fee Letter.
