GE Capital Fee Letter definition

GE Capital Fee Letter means that certain letter, dated as of the Closing Date, between GE Capital and Borrower with respect to certain Fees to be paid from time to time by Borrower to GE Capital.

GE Capital Fee Letter has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.3(a).

More Definitions of GE Capital Fee Letter

GE Capital Fee Letter means that certain letter, dated as of May 24, 1999 and supplemented as of October 31, 2000 and as of May 29, 2001 and supplemented and superseded in part by that certain letter agreement dated as of the Closing Date, each between GE Capital and Borrower with respect to certain Fees to be paid from time to time by Borrower to GE Capital.
