Examples of Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners in a sentence
The Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners, the Co-Syndication Agents and the Co-Documentation Agents (each as identified on the cover page of this Agreement) (each of the foregoing, in its capacity as such, a “Titled Person”), in their capacities as such, shall have no rights, powers, duties, liabilities, fiduciary relationships or obligations under any Loan Document or any of the other documents related hereto.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners, the Syndication Agent or the Documentation Agents listed on the cover page of this Agreement shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement in its capacity as such, except in its respective capacity, if any, as a Bank.
