Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners means Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, in their capacity as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners hereunder.
Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners means each of MUFG, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc., Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Mizuho Bank, Ltd., in their capacity as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners for the Banks hereunder, and their respective successors and assigns in such capacity. The Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners shall have no rights, duties, obligations, or responsibilities beyond those of a Bank.
