Related Businesses definition

Related Businesses means the businesses conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date and any and all businesses that in the good faith judgment of the Board of Directors of the general partner of the Company are materially related businesses or real estate related businesses. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Related Business shall include the ownership and operation of lodging properties.

Related Businesses means the development, ownership, leasing or operation of (i) Gaming Facilities, (ii) hotel facilities, retail facilities, entertainment facilities, amusement facilities or experiential facilities related or ancillary to Gaming Facilities and (iii) hotel facilities, retail facilities, entertainment facilities, amusement facilities or experiential facilities and land held for potential development or under development as Gaming Facilities, hotel facilities, retail facilities, entertainment facilities, amusement facilities and experiential facilities (including related or ancillary uses and including Investments in any such Related Businesses or assets related thereto).

Related Businesses means the development, ownership, leasing or operation of (i) hotel facilities, (ii) land held for potential development or under development as hotel facilities and (iii) assets and facilities related to the foregoing, including without limitation, laundry services, employee housing, retail, parking, golf courses, docking facilities and spa facilities.

More Definitions of Related Businesses

Related Businesses means the gaming businesses (including pari-mutuel betting) conducted by Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Date and any and all reasonably related businesses necessary for, in support or anticipation of and ancillary to or in preparation for, the gaming businesses, including without limitation, the development, expansion or operation of any Gaming Facility (including any land-based, dockside, riverboat or other type of Gaming Facility).

Related Businesses means the businesses conducted by the U.S. Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Date and any and all businesses that in the good faith judgment of the Board of Directors of the general partner of the U.S. Borrower are materially related businesses or real estate related businesses. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Related Business shall include the ownership and operation of lodging properties.

Related Businesses means the business of Holdings and its Subsidiaries as conducted on the Closing Date and any business related, ancillary or complementary thereto.

Related Businesses means any Persons (other than individuals) engaged primarily in, or the assets or business of which relate primarily to, the food service business.

Related Businesses means the lines of business in which the Borrower and the Subsidiaries are engaged, as described in the public filings of the Borrower with the Securities and Exchange Commission through the Closing Date, together with those businesses that are reasonably related thereto.
