Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter definition

Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated June 19, 2013 among the Company, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.

Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the letter from Xxxxx Fargo and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, to the Borrower, dated February 11, 2010, relating to certain fees payable by the Borrower in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means that certain letter agreement dated as of September 10, 2010, among the Borrowers and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.

• The Borrowers shall pay to Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC for its own account fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter.

• As compensation for its Collateral Custodian activities hereunder, the Collateral Custodian shall be entitled to the Collateral Custodian Fees from the Borrower as set forth in the Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter, payable pursuant to the extent of funds available therefor pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.04.

• The Borrower shall pay (i) to BAS and the Administrative Agent for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letter and (ii) to Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter.

Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means, with respect to the Account Bank and the Backup Servicer, the Schedule of Fees, dated as of March 8, 2021 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), between Xxxxx Fargo Bank, the Borrower and/or Regional Management.
