Index Oversight Committee definition

Index Oversight Committee means in respect of the Bloomberg Commodity IndexSM thecommittee which reviews and approves the Handbook and the target composition of the revised Index each year, as described in Part 3 (The Bloomberg Commodity Index Family) under the heading “Bloomberg Commodity IndexSM and Sub-Indices”
Index Oversight Committee means the oversight committee created to provide oversight and accountability over all aspects of the Index determination process.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.
