Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.
Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.
Project Committee means a Committee comprising the Minister, the Lord Mayor or Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Metropolitan Region Planning Authority constituted under and for the purposes of this Agreement;
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.
Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.
Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;
Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
Regional Committee means the regional committee on school
Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.
Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.
Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.
Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
