Hovione Improvements definition

Hovione Improvements means any and all inventions, discoveries, know-how, trade secrets, processes, process improvements, procedures, materials, components, designs, information, data and the like, whether or not protectable under patent, trademark, copyright or similar law, that are generated, conceived, developed, created, invented, made or reduced to practice solely by or on solely on behalf of Hovione by any Third Party engaged by Hovione in the conduct of Development Services or Manufacturing Services under this Agreement other than Product-Related Improvements.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
