Hotel Site means the portion of the Property retained by Developer after conveying the Dedication Area to the City.

"Information" means all information we obtain from you or about the Hotel or its guests or prospective guests under this Agreement or under any agreement ancillary to this Agreement, including agreements relating to the computerized reservation, revenue management, property management, and other systems we provide or require, or otherwise related to the Hotel. Information includes, but is not limited to, Operationallnfomnation, Proprietary Information, and Personal Information. "Interim Remedy" has the meaning set forth in Subsection 14.3.
