Hotel Site definition

Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.

Hotel Site means the portion of the Property retained by Developer after conveying the Dedication Area to the City.

Hotel Transactions: Collectively, occupancy arrangements for customary hotel transactions in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business conducted at the Marriott Hotel or the Hyatt Hotel, including nightly rentals (or licensing) of individual hotel rooms or suites, banquet room use and food and beverage services.
Hotel Site means the site, consisting of approximately one and eighty-three one-hundreds (1.83) acres, at the location shown on the Conceptual Site Plan.

"Indemnified Parties" means us and the Entities and our and their respective predecessors, successors and assigns, and the members, officers, directors, employees, managers, and agents. "Information" means all information we obtain from you or about the Hotel or its guests or prospective guests under this Agreement or under any agreement ancillary to this Agreement, including agreements relating to the computerized reservation, revenue management, property management, and other systems we provide or require, or otherwise related to the Hotel. Information includes, but is not limited to, Operationallnfomnation, Proprietary Information, and Personal Information. "Interim Remedy" has the meaning set forth in Subsection 14.3. "Laws" means all public laws, statutes, ordinances, orders, rules, regulations, permits, licenses, certificates, authorizations, directions and requirements of all Governments and Government Entities having jurisdiction over the Hotel, Hotel Site or over Franchisee to operate the Hotel, which, now or hereafter, may apply to the construction, renovation, completion, equipping, opening and operation of the Hotel, including Tille Ill of the Americans with Dxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 00 X.X.X. § 00000, et seq., and 28 C.F.R. Part 36
