No Special Tax shall be levied on Undeveloped Property, Non-Residential Property, Public Property, Property Owner Association Property or Residential Property assigned to Land Use Class 4.
However, should an Assessor’s Parcel no longer be classified as Non-Residential Property, Public Property, Property Owner Association Property, or Residential Property assigned to Land Use Class 4, such Assessor’s Parcel, if reclassified as Residential Property assigned to Land Use Classes 1, 2 or 3, shall be subject to the Special Tax.
