Home Improvement Contracts definition

Home Improvement Contracts means the home improvement contracts and promissory notes described in the List of Contracts attached hereto as Exhibit O-1 and constituting part of the corpus of the Trust, which Home Improvement Contracts are to be assigned and conveyed by the Company to the Trust, and includes, without limitation, all related mortgages, deeds of trust and security deeds and any and all rights to receive payments which are due pursuant thereto on or after the Cut-off Date, but excluding any rights to receive payments which are received pursuant thereto prior to the Cut-off Date.
Home Improvement Contracts means the home improvement contracts and -------------------------- promissory notes described in the Schedule of Contracts attached hereto as Exhibit A and constituting part of the corpus of the Trust, which Home Improvement Contracts are to be assigned and conveyed by the Company to the Trust, and includes, without limitation, any and all rights to receive payments which are due pursuant thereto on or after the Cutoff Date, but excluding any payments which were received pursuant thereto prior to the Cutoff Date.
Home Improvement Contracts means each retail installment sale contract and promissory note described in the List of Contracts and to be assigned and conveyed by the Company to the Trust, and includes, without limitation, any and all related mortgages, deeds of trust and security deeds and any and all rights to receive payments which are due pursuant thereto on or after the Cut-off Date.
