If any amount disputed by such Party is determined in accordance with Section 24 to be due, then the amount due must be paid within five (5) Business Days after such determination, along with interest at the Contract Interest Rate from the date due until but not including the date paid.
Any amounts not paid when due under this Agreement will bear interest at the Contract Interest Rate from the date due until but not including the date paid.
If any invoice, statement, charge or computation made under this Agreement is found to be inaccurate, a corrected invoice or statement will be issued and, subject to Section 10.4, any amount due by one Party to the other Party as a result of the corrected invoice or statement will be promptly paid including the payment of interest at the Contract Interest Rate from the date of the overpayment or underpayment to the date of receipt of the reconciling payment.
