Healthcare Licenses definition

Healthcare Licenses means all certificates of need (or similar documents, including but not limited to certificates of completion), certifications, licenses, permits, accreditations, reimbursement approvals, regulatory agreements, participation agreements or other material agreements, state skilled-nursing facility or assisted-living facility licenses, and any other license, permit, agreement, approval or requirement required by a Governmental Authority for the establishment, construction, ownership, operation, use, management of a Healthcare Asset or any part thereof or for the provision of services by each Healthcare Service.
Healthcare Licenses means, collectively, all applicable federal, state and local governmental and all nongovernmental licenses, approvals, qualifications, variances, certificates of need, franchises, accreditations, certificates, certifications, consents, permits and other authorizations and contracts, which may be (i) necessary for the operation of each of the Facilities as a general acute care hospital facility (and for such other legal ancillary uses as may be necessary or as are currently undertaken in connection with or incidental to such uses), or (ii) required for certification and participation under Medicare and Medicaid legislation and regulations, the provider programs of any Governmental Body for each particular Facility, the regulations and standards of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and/or state or federal Title XVIII and/or Title XIX provider programs applicable for each such Facility and its operations.
Healthcare Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates and other authorizations, consents and approvals required by a Governmental Authority (including, without limitation, all provider/supplier agreements with Medicare and state Medicaid programs and associated billing or provider/supplier identification numbers) that are necessary for the Company to operate the Business.

More Definitions of Healthcare Licenses

Healthcare Licenses shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.24(a).
Healthcare Licenses means all licenses, permits and authorizations necessary to (x) lawfully operate all beds contained in the Facilities as nursing home beds; (y) provide licensed nursing services at each of the Facilities; and (z) receive payment under the Medicare and applicable state Medicaid programs for goods and services provided at the Facilities.

Healthcare Licenses means all federal, state, and local licenses, permits, certifications, registrations, declarations, consents, approvals, accreditations, waivers and authorizations, and any renewals, extensions, modifications and substitutions thereof, issued by, or on behalf of, any Governmental Entity or independent accreditation bureau with respect to the operation of Target’s, any Target Subsidiary’s and any Target Related Business’ respective businesses, as the same may from time to time be amended, renewed, restated, reissued, restricted, supplemented or otherwise modified, together with all rights, privileges and entitlements thereunder.
