Gas Metering Equipment definition

Gas Metering Equipment means the Utility’s Gas Metering Equipment.
Gas Metering Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in Appendix A hereto.
Gas Metering Equipment gas meters and associated equipment utilized in determining (i) the amount of Natural Gas delivered to Seller by Xxxxxxxx under this Agreement, and (ii) the amount of Natural Gas consumed by the Facility.

  • The records from such Electric Metering Equipment and Gas Metering Equipment shall be the property of Seller, but upon reasonable advance Notice, Seller shall make available to Buyer’s third party auditor all data, records and charts relating to the Electric Metering Equipment and Gas Metering Equipment, together with measurements and calculations therefrom, for inspection and verification.

  • Each Party shall have the right to receive reasonable advance notice with respect to, and to be present at the time of, any installing, cleaning, changing, repairing, inspecting, testing, calibrating or adjusting of Electric Metering Equipment and Gas Metering Equipment irrespective of whether such Electric Metering Equipment or Gas Metering Equipment is owned or operated by Seller or by a third party.

  • Correction shall be made when any test shall show a measurement error of more than (i) in the case of Gas Metering Equipment, two percent (2%) or such lower percentage as may be established by applicable tariff of the delivery pipeline(s), or (ii) in the case of Electric Metering Equipment, per CAISO Requirements.

  • In the event adjustments or corrections to monthly statements are required as a result of inaccurate Electric Metering Equipment, Gas Metering Equipment or Oil Metering Equipment or other errors in computation or billing, the Parties shall promptly recompute amounts due from or to each other hereunder during the period of inaccuracy and otherwise correct any errors in such monthly statement.


More Definitions of Gas Metering Equipment

Gas Metering Equipment means Gas meters and associated equipment, including check meters, if any, utilized in determining the amount of Gas consumed by the Unit, but shall not include any check meters that Buyer may install, own and maintain.
Gas Metering Equipment means the ultrasonic metering system specified in section 11 of Part A of Schedule 1.
Gas Metering Equipment means Gas meters and associated equipment specified in the Empire Gas Transportation Contract (and related Empire Gas tariffs) and in the Niagara Mohawk Gas Transportation Contract (and related Niagara Mohawk Gas tariffs), utilized in determining the amount of Gas consumed by the Facility.
Gas Metering Equipment means Gas meters and associated equipment located at the interconnection between the pipeline lateral serving the Facility and the Transporter's pipeline.
Gas Metering Equipment means Buyer owned and operated Gas meters, samplers, and associated equipment used to determine the amount and composition of Gas delivered by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point and the amount of Gas delivered by the Gathering System at the Plant Inlet.

Related to Gas Metering Equipment

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that does all of the following:

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Voting equipment means electronic or electro- mechanical voting systems, voting devices, and auto- matic tabulating equipment as defined in s. 101.5603, as well as materials, parts, or other equipment neces- sary for the operation and maintenance of such systems and devices, the individual or combined retail value of which is in excess of the threshold amount for CATE- GORY TWO purchases provided in s. 287.017.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
