Gaming Equipment definition

Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices, gaming device parts inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including (without limitation), slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, electronic betting systems, mobile gaming systems and associated equipment which are located at the Casino Components, owned or leased by Operating Company or Mortgage Borrower and used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at the Casino Component, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto.
Gaming Equipment means slot machines, video poker machines, and all other gaming equipment and related signage, accessories and peripheral equipment.
Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices (as defined in NRS 463.0155), gaming device parts, inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including, without limitation, slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens (including slot machine tokens not currently in circulation, and “reserve” chips, if any, not currently in circulation), player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems (as defined in NRS 463.014) and associated equipment (as defined in NRS 463.0136), which are located at any Property, are owned or leased by any Borrower and are used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at any Property, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto, mobile gaming systems (as defined in Regulation 14.010(11) under NRS Chapter 463), all contracts necessary to own or operate any of the Gaming Equipment and/or to conduct gaming operations for the Casino Component, all assignable manufacturers and other warranties applicable to the Gaming Equipment, all computer hardware and software used to operate the Gaming Equipment and/or to conduct gaming operations for the Casino Component.

Gaming Equipment means slot machines, table games and other gaming equipment permitted to be installed under applicable Gaming Laws governing the Gaming Facility in which such Gaming Equipment will be installed, and any related signage, accessories, surveillance and peripheral equipment.

This includes all electronic pull tab operating systems and devices, electronic quick shot bingo operating systems and devices, electronic fifty-fifty raffle systems and devices, and their related hardware and software. The term excludes fill and credit slips, promotional paper bingo cards, bingo daubers, video surveillance equipment, jar bars, jar containers, poker tables, raffle drums, double admission tickets, table covers, dealing shoes, discard holders, plungers, shoe and card covers, chip spacers, and weight scales.
