Check Meters. Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
Check Meters. Buyer may at its option and expense install and operate one or more check meters to check Seller’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes and shall not be used in the measurement of Net Energy or Ancillary Services for the purposes of this Agreement. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by the Seller or its designee. The installation and operation thereof shall, however, be done entirely by Buyer at no cost or expense to Seller. The Seller shall grant to Buyer, at no cost or expense, the right to install such check meters at the Electricity Delivery Point and the right to access such check meters at reasonable times as requested by Buyer if such check meters are located on the Premises.
Check Meters. Seller may install, maintain, and operate in accordance with accepted industry practice at its own expense pressure regulators and check measuring equipment of standard make using separate taps. Check meters shall not interfere with operation of Buyer’s equipment. Buyer will have access to Seller’s check measuring equipment at all reasonable hours, but only Seller will calibrate, adjust, operate, and maintain it. D.5
Check Meters. Transmission Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Points of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2599 as provided in Article 7.4 below. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Transmission Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice 7.3 Standards. Connecting Transmission Owner and Transmission Developer shall, as such responsibilities are specified in Appendix A of this Agreement, install, calibrate, and test revenue quality Metering Equipment including potential transformers and current transformers in accordance with ISO Procedures, as such requirements are amended from time to time.
Check Meters. The Interconnection Customer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check the CAISOISO-polled meters or the Participating TO’sDistribution Provider’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this LGIAGIA, except in the case that no other means are available on a temporary basis at the option of the CAISO or the Participating TO.
Check Meters. Participant may install, at its own cost and expense, such check meters downstream of Authority Meters as it deems appropriate, and subject to reasonable safety and security requirements of Participant, the Authority shall have the right of ingress and egress to such check meters during all reasonable hours; provided, however, that billing computations shall be on the basis of the results of Authority Meters described above unless Authority Meters are not operating within required tolerances.
Check Meters. Seller shall have the right to operate and maintain check meters and other test equipment and devices at its expense.

If Supplier chooses not to install check measurement, Processor will give Supplier access to data from Supplier’s SCADA.
Check Meters. City may install, at its own cost and expense, such check meters or other devices as it deems appropriate in each Interconnect, but Operating District shall have the right of ingress and egress to such check meters or devices during all reasonable hours; provided, however, that billing computations shall be on the basis of the results of the measuring equipment set forth above.
