Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with those provided to similarly situated executives of the Company.
Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. The Executive shall be entitled to all fringe benefits and perquisites (e.g. Company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services) generally made available by the Company to its executives.
Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall enjoy the customary perquisites of office, including but not limited to office space and furnishings, secretarial services, expense reimbursements, and any similar emoluments customarily afforded to senior executive officers of the Company at the same level as Executive. Executive shall also be entitled to receive or participate in all "fringe benefits" and employee benefit plans provided or made available by the Company to its executives or management personnel generally, such as, but not limited to, group hospitalization, medical, life and disability insurance, and pension, retirement, profit-sharing and stock option or purchase plans.
Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Period, Employer shall make available to Executive all the fringe benefits and perquisites that are made available to other senior executives of Employer, including an additional $3,500 payment towards medical expenses.
Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to Peer Executives.
