Company Cars. During the Term, the Company shall continue to lease a car or cars (currently VIN 0XX0X0XX0XXX00000 and XXXXX0X00XX000000) for Executive’s use. In addition on the earlier of: (a) the date that is thirty-six (36) months from the start of the lease for the car or cars Executive is leasing as of the Effective Date; (b) within forty-five (45) days after the date Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company without Cause or by Executive for Good Reason; or (c) within sixty (60) days of a Change in Control, the Company shall obtain title to such car or cars, and shall irrevocably transfer said title to Executive. The Company shall pay any and all fees, taxes, payments, or other amounts necessary to effectuate the provisions of this Section 4.5.

Company Cars. If the vehicle of a Resident is registered in the name of a company, the company will be required to provide proof that the vehicle has been provided to the Resident.
Company Cars. After the Effective Time of Merger, Wisconsin Energy will cause the ESELCO Companies to continue a company car policy with respect to those employees who are determined from time-to-time to have an operational need therefor and regarding the other individuals who are currently provided with company cars as of the Effective Time of Merger, to allow them to either continue to use the same until the end of the useful life thereof, with an option at the end of such useful life to buy the same at the lower of book or market value, or to elect to discontinue use of the same and receive such increase in compensation as is determined to be appropriate in the sole discretion of the employer.
Company Cars. Staff that is required to use vehicles for work purposes are expected to use a company vehicle where possible. If one is not available, by agreement with management, payment on km used for one’s own car will be paid in the following week’s pay. Staffs are required to obey all road rules and laws and are personally liable for fines or demerit point losses which occur due to their driving. All logbooks must be filled in as required.
Company Cars. The Contractor will provide a fully maintained vehicle to assist with covering the outer areas of the Borough. The vehicle provided by the Contractor will be electric and the Contractor will install an electric unit at an agreed location (free of charge) if there is no local or sufficient supply.
Company Cars. Company cars supplied by the Employer shall be equipped with seat belts for the driver and the front seat passenger and employees shall be required to use them at all times while operating the vehicle.
Company Cars. At or prior to the Closing, Charxxx Xxxxx xxxll have the right to purchase the automobile owned by the Company that he is presently driving by paying $20,000 to the Company. Thomxx Xxxxxxx xxxll continue to have the use of the automobile leased by the Company that he is presently driving until the expiration of the present lease for that automobile on March 31, 2000.
Company Cars. The Parties agree that the car currently used by the Company, a VW Variant (license plate [***]) shall continue to be used for the operation of the Hotel and shall be transferred together with all keys, accessories and registration and ownership documents to the Purchaser as of the Closing Date.
Company Cars. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, at Closing R. Xxxxx and J. Xxxxx shall be entitled to retain, or to be transferred, as the case may be, ownership of the cars identified on Schedule 2.4.
