Examples of Foreign Guarantees in a sentence
In addition to the guarantee contained herein, each Guarantor that is a Foreign Subsidiary, as well as Holdings, shall execute a Guarantee governed by the applicable law of such Person’s jurisdiction of organization (each such Guarantee, a “Foreign Guarantee”) and to the extent that the provisions of this Article VII shall duplicate or conflict with the provisions thereof, the terms of the Foreign Guarantees shall govern the obligations of such Guarantors.
The Loans and Commitments established pursuant to this Section 2.23 shall constitute Loans and Commitments under, and shall be entitled to all the benefits afforded by, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and shall, without limiting the foregoing, rank pari passu with the other Loans in right of payment and benefit equally and ratably from the Guarantees, Foreign Guarantees and security interests created by the Security Documents.

Foreign Guarantees are subject to the risk that exchange control regulations might be adopted in the future which might affect adversely payments to the Fund.
The General Terms and Conditions of Foreign Guarantees will also apply to any changes in the guarantee made at the request of the applicant.
For all purposes of this Agreement, all Foreign Borrowings and Foreign Guarantees (without duplication of the amounts guaranteed) shall constitute Priority Indebtedness.

If any Borrower is unable for any reason to effect payment in a foreign currency as required to repay a draw under an Existing Letter of Credit or a call under any of the Special Foreign Guarantees or if any Borrower shall default in the foreign currency, Wachovia may require such payment to be made in Dollars in the Dollar Equivalent amount of such payment.
Absent the consensual resolution of the Foreign Guarantees with the indenture trustee for the Notes in a manner acceptable to the Requisite DIP Lenders, the Debtors will proceed with Noteholder Litigation described in Article VII herein.
No Issuer nor any Guarantor may take or knowingly omit to take any action which would materially impair the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent, on behalf of itself, the Trustee and the Holders, with respect to any material portion of the Collateral securing the Notes or any Guarantee either the U.S. Notes, the Domestic Guarantees and the Company Guarantee or the Dutch Notes and the Foreign Guarantees.
