Subsidiaries Guaranty definition

Subsidiaries Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.10.

Subsidiaries Guaranty means and include the U.S. Subsidiaries Guaranty, the Foreign Subsidiaries Guaranty and any other guaranty executed and delivered by any Subsidiary of the U.S. Borrower pursuant to any of Section 8.11.

Subsidiaries Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in the definition of “Collateral and Guaranty Requirements.”

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in furtherance of the foregoing, it is noted that the obligations of each Pledgor constituting a Subsidiary Guarantor have been limited as provided in the Subsidiaries Guaranty.

Subsidiaries Guaranty means the Subsidiaries Guaranty made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-2.
