Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement definition

Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means each unconditional guaranty agreement executed by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit H, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, made by the Subsidiary Loan Parties in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means the Amended and Restated Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the Prior Closing Date, made by each Guarantor listed on the signature pages thereof in favor of the Administrative Agent, as amended or otherwise modified on the Closing Date pursuant to the Reaffirmation of Loan Documents.
