Parent Guarantee definition
Parent Guarantee means the Note Guarantee of Parent.
Parent Guarantee means the guarantee by the Parent of the Company’s obligations with respect to the Notes.
Parent Guarantee means a guarantee given by a Related Body Corporate of the Access Holder who has an Acceptable Credit Rating in substantially the same form set out in the Access Undertaking;

Upon the Issuer’s exercise under Section 8.1 of the option applicable to this Section 8.2, the Issuer, Holdings and the Subsidiary Guarantors shall, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 8.4, be deemed to have been discharged from their obligations with respect to all outstanding Notes, the Parent Guarantee and Subsidiary Guarantees and this Indenture on the date the conditions set forth below are satisfied (“Legal Defeasance”).
More Definitions of Parent Guarantee
Parent Guarantee means an unconditional Guarantee by a Parent, on a senior unsecured basis, of all monetary obligations of the Company under the Indenture and any outstanding Securities.
Parent Guarantee means a guarantee in the form of Schedule H given by a Related Body Corporate of the Access Holder or Operator who has an Acceptable Credit Rating);
