Examples of Note Guarantees in a sentence
The Guarantors shall have the right to seek contribution from any non-paying Guarantor so long as the exercise of such right does not impair the rights of the Trustee or any Holder under the Note Guarantees.
Each Holder by its acceptance of any Notes and the Note Guarantees thereof, irrevocably consents and agrees to such appointment.
The Indenture, the Notes or the Note Guarantees may be amended or supplemented as provided in the Indenture.
The Trustee’s and the Collateral Agent’s fees, expenses and indemnities (including, but in no way limited to, the fees and disbursements of agents and attorneys) are included in the amounts guaranteed by the Note Guarantees.
