Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Executive Committee means the Executive Committee of the Board.
Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.
Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
State committee means a committee formed to support or oppose candidates for state office or state ballot measures.
Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.
Committees means Committees of the Board for the time being in force.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.
Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;
Policy Committee means the body created by this Agreement to approve the budget for the Consortium, to develop cooperative approaches regarding countywide GIS and the concerns of each party, and to perform such other functions as are set forth in this Agreement.
Standing Committee means a permanent committee with a regular meeting schedule and designated subject matter jurisdiction that is authorized by the Rules of the Senate or the Rules of the House of Representatives.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Board Committee means those individual Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article V and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.
