Elected Representatives definition

Elected Representatives means the representatives elected from time to time in accordance with the Second Schedule of this Trust Deed to represent Ngati Whatua Orakei Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei and to act as the Directors and Shareholders for the time being of the Trustee while it is a limited liability company, or to otherwise act as the Trustees of the Trust if at any time the Trustee is not a limited liability company;
