Final Project Plans definition

Final Project Plans means the Working Drawings (as hereinafter defined) as modified as of the Plans Approval Date, by such changes, additional information and specifications as contemplated by Section 2 of this Exhibit B, and as further modified by any Change Orders, Required Change Orders or Tenant’s Extra Work (each as hereafter defined), as applicable.
Final Project Plans means the final plans and specifications for the design and construction of the Detention Complex submitted by the General Contractor to and approved by the Developer and the Independent Construction Monitor pursuant to the Design/Build Contract.
Final Project Plans has the meaning given in Section 4.1(2).

Examples of Final Project Plans in a sentence

  • The location of garbage receptacles and compactors shall be as shown on the Final Project Plans, or, if no such location is shown, the Building Superintendent shall specify such a location and shall impose any further conditions required for the clean and safe storage and removal of garbage from the Building.

More Definitions of Final Project Plans

Final Project Plans are: (i) the issued-for-construction drawings for the Herndon Components, including the Arts Center, Public Parking Spaces and Arts Walk (which may be portions of the unified Construction Drawings for the entire Project), (ii) the Site Plan, (iii) the Transitional Parking Plan, (iv) the Arts Center Temporary Relocation Plan, and (v) the Project Schedule. Herndon shall have the right to provide its Proprietary Approval to each item comprising the Final Project Plans in accordance with Section 4.8.

Related to Final Project Plans

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
