Field of License definition

Field of License means the field of cultured meat of all types and kinds (including without limitation beef, poultry and lamb but specifically excluding for the avoidance of doubt fish and seafood), including any and all components of such cultured meat (such as, without limitation, muscle, fat and blood cells), whether as ingredients or as whole products.

Field of License means identification, access, and security cards, associated systems and equipment of whatever type used for all fields, except for the Excluded Fields of License, which are not part or otherwise encompassed by "Field of License," unless one or more of Excluded Fields of License (defined below) are acquired pursuant to Article 9 of this Agreement.

Field of License means identification, access and security cards, associated systems and equipment of any and all types used by passenger's and employee's worldwide in any location for mass-transit conveyances (including, without limitation, tolls, tickets and electronic validations for daily, weekly, monthly and annual passenger passes) issued by public, private, corporations and government agencies.

• Any sublicense which ENDOLOGIX chooses to grant will be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the sublicense royalty provision set forth Section 3.2 below, and will not confer or purport to confer any rights which are outside of the Field of License or which are in any way greater than those rights granted to ENDOLOGIX by this Agreement.

• Neither the Company nor Pluristem nor any of their Affiliates (including without limitation Parent) has granted to or assigned to any other Person any right to develop, manufacture or sell products or proposed products or services in the Field of License or which conflict the provision of the license pursuant to the License Agreement, that incorporate or are based on any part of the Licensed IP or that otherwise relate to the Licensed IP or any part of it.

• Following the Closing, and as long as the Investor holds at least [**]% of the Company’s issued and ousting share capital, each of Pluristem and the Company, with respect to itself, shall notify the Investor of any of its material communications with the IIA concerning the IIA Approval and/or which may otherwise have a material effect on the Company’s rights to the Licensed IP and/or the Field of License and/or on any other Intellectual Property that may be developed or owned by the Company at any time.

Field of License means identification, access, and security cards, associated systems and equipment of whatever type used for: United States FAA approved airline and airport facilities throughout the world, in particular, for airline and airport personnel identification and security systems. The Licensee's Field of License does not include general-purpose credit and debt cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Diners Club, etc.) or general-purpose bank-issues cards of various forms, and also does not include use of the System for Internet security.

Field of License means identification, access, and security cards, associated systems and equipment of any and all types used in the private credit/limited use, non-bank card field, in any and all locations worldwide. The Field of License shall be limited to and shall not expand beyond the following private credit/limited use non-bank card areas as follows:

Field of License means player, employee, identification, access, and security cards, associated systems and equipment of whatever type used worldwide in casino, internet and lottery gaming by public, private and government sponsored providers, (including, without limitation, native American and other such groups and organizations) worldwide, as follows: (1) Machine, electronic, and multi-media operated games of chance of any and all types used in casinos on and off shore, owned and operated by public, private and government organizations worldwide; (2) Internet gaming of any and all types at any and all locations operated by public, private and government sponsored providers; and (3) Lottery gaming of any and all types at any and all locations operated by public, private and government organizations worldwide.

Field of License means identification, access, and security cards, associated systems and equipment of whatever type for use by local, regional, long distance, and international telecommunications companies, private or public, worldwide. This Field of License includes such credit, debit, and/or calling cards issued by such companies for use on telecommunications systems and associated systems equipment, any fixed or mobile telecommunications systems and associated systems equipment, including fax machines. It is understood and agreed that the Field of License is intended to cover use of the System with all telecommunications systems and equipment. It is also understood and agreed that the Field of License does not include use of the System for Internet security.
