Airport Facilities. Lessee is hereby granted the nonexclusive right, in common with all present and future users, to the use of such of the City's Heber City Airport public facilities as are designated by the Airport Manager from time to time. As an incident to all the other uses provided for in this Lease, the Lessee, its employees, authorized representatives, invitees, permittees, licensees, customers and patrons shall have the right to use all public waiting rooms and public lavatories provided such use shall be in common with others and may be suspended during any period when maintenance, repairs or improvements are being made thereto.
Airport Facilities. If requested by the buyer, ticket counter and similar airport facilities to be reasonably agreed upon that are necessary and reasonably suited for the buyer to operate Capitol Air. All leases relating to such facilities will be assumed by the buyer.

Airport Facilities. The parties understand and agree that the LANDLORD shall continue to maintain, develop, improve, and control all of the areas and facilities of the Airport and Industrial Park as may be from time to time determined by the LANDLORD in its sole discretion. TENANT agrees not to use the Premises in any manner which may interfere with, or become a hazard to aircraft operations. TENANT agrees not to use and to prohibit its employees, guests and invitees from using the Airport aprons, ramps, taxiways, runways or related structures for any non-aviation purpose, including pedestrian and vehicular traffic, without LANDLORD'S written instructions.
Airport Facilities. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 4.03, Delta shall provide the applicable Operator with access on a non-exclusive, shared use basis to a portion of the airport premises and facilities leased by Delta pursuant to a use and lease agreement or other agreement with the applicable airport authority or other third party (each, a “Delta Lease” and collectively, the “Delta Leases”) at each of the Service Cities served by such Operator hereunder and at other airport locations designated in writing by Delta from time to time, the types, location and square footage of which shall be designated in writing by Delta from time to time (together with any other premises and facilities of Delta to which such Operator may have access for purposes of this Agreement, the “Premises”). Delta may, at its expense, relocate any of the Premises used by an Operator at anytime during the Term. The Premises shall be used by the applicable Operator solely for the performance of Regional Airline Services hereunder and for no other purpose except as otherwise approved in writing by Delta. In the event Delta determines that an operator requires additional facilities at any Service City for the performance of Regional Airline Services hereunder, Delta may elect (i) to lease or acquire the right to use such facilities and, in such event, Delta shall provide such Operator with access to such facilities on the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 4.03 and such facilities shall be deemed to be “Premises” hereunder, or (ii) to require such Operator to lease or acquire the right to use such facilities and, in such event such Operator shall ensure that any use and lease agreement or other agreement entered into with the applicable airport authority or other third party with respect to such facilities contains a provision that allows such agreement to be assigned by such Operator to Delta without the consent of such airport authority or other third party upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, the withdrawal of Scheduled Flights from such airport, or upon written notice from Delta to such Operator, provided that if the consent of such airport authority or other third party is required by contract or Governmental Regulations, such Operator will use its best efforts to obtain such consent at the time of any such termination, withdrawal or written notice. Airport Facilities. (A) Tenant is hereby granted the non-exclusive right and privilege to use the facilities at the Airport to perform the above-mentioned services, including but not limited to, all runways, taxiways, access roads, aprons, and public air navigation facilities at the Airport, and such radio aids, beacons, signals, landing lights, runway lights, or other equipment for flying, landing and taking off of aircraft on the Airport property (collectively, the “Airport Facilities”).
Airport Facilities. All aerodrome facilities for use by the persons covered in these regulations should bear in mind the principles of accessibility and universal design. They should also comply with the legislation of each State that establishes provisions for the full social integration of people with disabilities. Airport Facilities. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, City agrees to maintain, operate, and keep in good repair the areas and facilities provided by City for use by the airlines and the public in accordance with the practices of a reasonably prudent airport operator. City agrees to use its best efforts to keep the Airport free from obstructions and to do all things reasonably necessary for the safe, convenient, and proper use of the Airport by those who are authorized to use same.
