Security Cards. Employees continuously reporting to work without their card will be required to retrieve their card on their own time and report to work. Damaged cards will be replaced at no cost to the employee. First lost card per year will be replaced at no cost to the employee. For each subsequent lost card, employees will be charged five ($5.00) dollars per card in that year. If a lost card is found, the employees will be reimbursed for the loss of the card. Employees shall have their card in their possession at all times if required.

Security Cards. 18.3.6.1 The Security Cards Charge consists of a charge per five (5) new cards or replacement cards, for access cards, and ID cards. Rates and charges are as found in the Collocation Rate Summary. AT&T-13STATE will issue access cards and/or ID cards within twenty- one (21) days of receipt of a complete and accurate AT&T Photo ID Card and Electronic Access For Wireless Collocators and Associated Contractors form, which is located on the telecommunications carrier online website xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxx/clec. In emergency or other extenuating circumstances (but not in the normal course of business), Wireless Collocator may request that the twenty-one (21) day interval be expedited, and AT&T-13STATE will issue the access and/or ID cards as soon as reasonably practical. There is an additional charge for expedited requests.
Security Cards. 26.1 Subtenant's access to the Building will be controlled by Sublandlord's security system, which requires a security card to be displayed before entrance into the Building will be granted. Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord the sum of $10.00 for each security card required for each employee of Subtenant who requires entrance into the Building. In the event that any security card is lost, misplaced or damaged, Subtenant will pay to Sublandlord $10.00 for a replacement of such security card. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Subtenant may, at Subtenant's sole cost and expense, install and maintain its own security system controlling access to the Premises; provided (a) that Subtenant gives Sublandlord and Overlandlord security cards or other items or information necessary to allow such parties to have access to the Premises for the purposes permitted under this Sublease and the Overxxxxx; xxd (b) that such security system shall be solely on the Premises and shall not in any manner affect access to any other areas of the Building or the Leased Space.
Security Cards. During non-regular business hours, entry to the Building and the parking structure is presently provided by a 24 hour security guard. Landlord may hereafter elect its agents and employees for purposes of providing entry to the Building and/or parking structure and/or to services within the Building (including without limitation elevator service and HVAC systems) during non-regular business hours. In the event a security card(s) issued to Tenant is lost or stolen, Tenant shall immediately report such loss to Landlord. Tenant shall be solely responsible and accountable to Landlord for each security card issued to Tenant and shall pay to Landlord a security deposit for each security card issued to Tenant, in an amount not to exceed $25.00 per card. Tenant shall pay for all charges, fees or expenses for services provided by reason of the use of any security card issued to Tenant, until the earlier of: (i) return of the security card to the Landlord; or (b) twenty-four (24) hours after Tenant's written report to Landlord of the loss of such card. Tenant shall further pay for and defend, indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting by reason of the actions of any person(s) who gains entry to the Building during non-regular business hours by use of security card issued to Tenant which has not been reported as lost or stolen. The number of security cards provided by Landlord to Tenant shall be determined by Landlord on a reasonable basis. Any additional or replacement security cards shall be provided to Tenant at Tenant's expense.
Security Cards. To facilitate the Tenant's ingress and egress into the Demised Premises and into Ram Re House during Restricted Hours the Landlord shall at its expense provide the Tenant and employees of the Tenant with security cards provided that the Tenant shall reimburse the Landlord for the reasonable cost of any replacement cards and shall return all cards upon Termination.
Security Cards. To facilitate the Tenant’s ingress and egress into the Demised Premises and into RamRe House during Restricted Hours, the Landlord shall at its expense provide the Tenant and employees of the Tenant with Security Cards provided that the Tenant shall reimburse the Landlord for the reasonable cost of any new, additional, lost, damaged and/or replacement Security Cards which shall be returned upon Termination (all lost Security Cards to be reported immediately to the Landlord). A minimum of twenty four (24) hours notice to be given to the Landlord for the request of any new, additional, and/or replacement Security Cards.
Security Cards. Subtenant shall retain up to eight (8) security cards that it currently has in its possession and shall return all other security cards to Sublessor on the date hereof.

  • Security Badging Any Company employee, or any employee of its contractors or agents, that require unescorted access to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) to perform work under this Agreement will be badged with an Airport identification badge (hereinafter referred to as "Badge") provided by Authority’s ID Badging Department and will be subject to an FBI fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and an annual Security Threat Assessment (STA). A new or renewed Badge will not be issued to an individual until the results of the CHRC and the STA are completed and indicate that the applicant has not been convicted of a disqualifying criminal offense. If the CHRC or STA discloses a disqualifying criminal offense, the individual’s new or renewed badge application will be rejected. The costs of the CHRC and the annual STA will be paid by Company. These costs are subject to change without notice, and Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the costs. All badged employees of Company and its contractors or agents will comply with Authority's regulations regarding the use and display of Badges. Company will be assessed a fine for each Badge that is lost, stolen, unaccounted for or not returned to Authority at the time of Badge expiration, employee termination, termination of the Agreement, or upon written request by Authority. This fine will be paid by Company within 15 days from the date of invoice. The fine is subject to change without notice, and Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the fine. If any Company employee is terminated or leaves Company’s employment, Authority must be notified immediately, and the Badge must be returned to Authority promptly.

  • Security Clearances A. The General Contractor is to supply the Department of Corrections with full names, dates of birth, and social security numbers of all employees who will be on site. This information must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to access to the site. The Department of Corrections has final word on who will be permitted access to the site. A form for this purpose is attached for your use.

  • Security Systems The Service may not be compatible with security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.

  • Security System The site and the Work area may be protected by limited access security systems. An initial access code number will be issued to the Contractor by the County.
