Facility Sublease definition

Facility Sublease means a sublease of the Board-financed facility from CDCR and/or BSCC, with the consent of the Board, to a participating county, for its use, operation and maintenance, as described in Section 1754.

Facility Sublease has the meaning given to such term in the Recitals.

• The Participating County acknowledges that except as permitted under the terms of the Facility Sublease, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D, the Participating County will covenant not to allow any liens on the Facility.

More Definitions of Facility Sublease

Facility Sublease means the facility sublease, in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, executed and delivered by Lyric III and each Seller, concurrently with the Closing, pursuant to which Lyric III subleases to each Seller, and each Seller subleases from Lyric III, the respective Facilities.

Facility Sublease means each Sublease dated as of the date hereof between Tenant and each Subtenant, as the same may be amended or restated from time to time subject to the terms of this Lease.

Facility Sublease means (a) with respect to the Leased Assets under Facility Lease I, the Facility Sublease Agreement (TI), dated as of December 15, 1999, among Xxxxxxx Holdings, Midwest and Facility Lessor I, (b) with respect to the Leased Assets under Facility Lease II, the Facility Sublease Agreement (TII), dated as of December 15, 1999, among Xxxxxxx Holdings, Midwest and Facility Lessor II, (c) with respect to the Leased Assets under Facility Lease III, the Facility Sublease Agreement (TIII), dated as of December 15, 1999, among Xxxxxxx Holdings, Midwest and Facility Lessor III and (d) with respect to the Leased Assets under Facility Lease IV, the Facility Sublease Agreement (TIV), dated as of December 15, 1999, among Xxxxxxx Holdings, Midwest and Facility Lessor IV, in each case, as the same may be from time to time amended, supplemented, amended and restated, or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
