Participating county definition

Participating county means a county that has been authorized by the county governing body to enter into a contract with another local unit pursuant to section 4.

Participating county means any member county which has entered into a program offered by PRISM pursuant to Article 14 of this Agreement and has not withdrawn or been canceled therefrom pursuant to Articles 20 or 21.
