This Agreement and all obligations of Grantor and Secured Party hereunder shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of Grantor and Secured Party, as applicable, and shall, together with the rights and remedies of Secured Party hereunder, inure to the benefit of Secured Party, the Lenders or the Administrative Agent and their respective successors and assigns.
In addition, in the ordinary course of maintenance, service, repair, overhaul or testing, Lessee (or, if a Permitted Sublease is in effect, a Permitted Sublessee) may at its own cost and expense remove any Parts, whether or not worn out, lost, stolen, destroyed, seized, confiscated, damaged beyond repair or permanently rendered unfit for use, provided that Lessee (or, if a Permitted Sublease is in effect, a Permitted Sublessee) shall replace at its own cost and expense such Parts as promptly as possible.
No Permitted Sublease shall in any way discharge or diminish any of Lessee's obligations to Lessor hereunder or under the other Operative Documents or constitute a waiver of Lessor's rights or remedies hereunder or under the other Operative Documents, and such rights shall continue as if such Permitted Sublease had not occurred.
Renewals of any Permitted Sublease shall be deemed to be a new Sublease for purposes of this Section 17.1(b) and shall not constitute a Permitted Sublease unless such renewal otherwise qualifies as a Permitted Sublease at the time of such renewal.
In addition, from and after the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, all rent and other amounts payable by the Permitted Sublessee under such Permitted Sublease shall be paid directly to Indenture Trustee and, upon discharge of the Lien of the Indenture, to Lessor.
