Definition of Site Lease


Site Lease means the lease of the Site from the Minister for Finance on behalf of the State to the Company;


Site Lease means the Amended and Restated Cogeneration Facility Site Lease Agreement dated as of February 1, 1998, between the City and the Cogenerator, as amended by an Addendum thereto also dated February 1, 1998, and as amended by the Site Lease 2011 Amendment, as the same may be further amended or modified from time to time in accordance therewith.

Site Lease means the Site Lease, dated as of July 1, 2012, by and between the City, as lessor, and the Authority, as lessee, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments thereto, including as amended and supplemented by the First Amendment to Site Lease.
